Terrible service

This is terrible service.

 

We were loyal customers until a 24-hour flight delay exposed how poorly you treat your customers when problems arise.

 

Despite a clear legal decision from the NRF, we have been waiting for compensation for 18 months.

 

Failure to comply with official rulings and ignoring customers is unacceptable. We strongly advise others to think twice before using your services.
